Wave is a balcony railing made from flat metal parts that only become spatially curved during assembly.
Cutting data, labeling, and assembly information were derived directly from the designed wave geometry.
The result was a continuous workflow linking design, fabrication, and installation - without manual translation between steps.

Digital Production Data
From the designed wave geometry, the model automatically generates all cutting data for laser cutting. Each flat part is uniquely labeled and includes its position number, dimensions, and assembly information. The data is transferred directly to production at Carl Meier Sohn AG - without manual conversion.
